Carnival fritters Fofil adapted to Thermomix TM31

I know there are already many recipes donuts, sweet fritters, etc. tourtisseaux ... on my blog all gathered here -click- . But so far, I'll be back very often on this recipe there: fried carnival Fofil (his blog is here click ) whose recipe is on my blog here: -click- . This year I have adapted to the Thermomix and I see that I could possibly attract people who own this unit. here it is: here. So after a nice bike ride, it deserves some donuts!



Fried Carnival Fofil, adapted by me to a TM3

For 40 to 45 fritters


3 eggs 1 pinch of salt
100 g caster sugar 1 sachet
vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract)
50 g butter, melted
20 cl double cream
530 g of flour (I used to innovate 50% wheat flour flour fluid intégrale/50% T45 Francine)
1 / 2 packet of yeast Chemical

SSDD Note: I added 1 / 2 tablespoons orange flower water and 1 teaspoon lemon extract Vahlne (you can put in place 6 gt ET lemon or 1 / 2 lemon zest).

Bans Thermomix bowl, put the whisk, egg, salt, granulated sugar and vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract), 1 min. Vit.4.
Add melted butter and cream and beat again by scheduling 10 sec. Vit. 4.
Remove the whip.
Add 300 g of flour and baking powder. 30 sec schedule. Lives 4.
Add remaining flour and knead well by programming Epi 2 minutes.

Refrigerate overnight or 24 hours. This dough will keep for 1 week. Roll out the dough on floured surface to form diamond using a wheel by one or two slots the center.

fry in good type Frial oil.

Sprinkle with icing sugar.
What I thought: We feasted. The dough was less swollen with wholemeal flour, but cons, she gave them a texture and taste that I loved it!
